Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in diverse clinical settings (ICU, ER, Med-Surg)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient progress accurately in EMR systems
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and safety protocols
- Adapt quickly to new healthcare environments and workflows
- Participate in telehealth consultations as assigned
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
- 1+ years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Telemetry or ICU experience preferred
- Strong computer literacy with EMR systems
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility for 13-week contract assignments
