Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities (personal hygiene, medication reminders, meal preparation)
- Monitor and document client health status via our mobile app during remote shifts
- Coordinate care plans with families and healthcare providers through telehealth platforms
- Transport clients to medical appointments (mileage reimbursed)
- Assist with light housekeeping and errands
- Complete incident reports and care notes remotely within 24 hours
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Reliable smartphone/computer with internet access
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of telehealth platforms (training provided)
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
