Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Conduct virtual wellness checks and companionship sessions
- Transport clients to appointments and errands as needed
- Maintain accurate care documentation and health records
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation for in-home visits
- Strong communication skills and tech-savvy (virtual care platforms)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate nature with patience for elderly clients
