Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Monitor client health status via virtual check-ins and document care activities in our digital platform
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers through our remote communication system
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings using company-provided vehicle
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with our clinical team
- Respond promptly to emergencies using our 24/7 on-call support system
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Minnesota driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable smartphone and high-speed internet for remote coordination
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical care duties
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with digital care platforms
