Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care for elderly clients with compassion and professionalism
- Assist with daily activities including meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support
- Utilize telehealth platforms for real-time family updates and care coordination
- Monitor client health status and document observations via our digital care system
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement personalized care plans
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Proficient with smartphone/tablet for telehealth applications
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills in English
