Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Assist clients with mobility, personal hygiene, and daily living activities
- Monitor client health status and document care notes using our remote-friendly digital platform
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Coordinate care plans with family members and healthcare professionals via telehealth
- Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or equivalent training
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean driving record
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification required
- Excellent communication skills and tech-savvy for remote coordination
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
