Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care including personal hygiene assistance, meal prep, and mobility support
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs with remote oversight
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicle
- Maintain detailed digital care logs via our remote portal
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers through virtual meetings
- Implement customized care plans with flexible remote adjustments
- Assist with light housekeeping and errands
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid NJ Driver's License and clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable smartphone with high-speed internet for remote coordination
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical care tasks
- Clear background check and drug screening required
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
