Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures using proper infection control protocols
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and develop images accurately
- Manage patient records and digital documentation systems
- Sterilize equipment and maintain clinical inventory
- Provide chairside support during restorative and surgical procedures
- Deliver post-operative instructions and patient education
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior dental experience necessary – training provided
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency for digital records
- CPR certification (will be provided if not current)
- Valid California state dental radiography license (training included)
