Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Prepare nutritious meals and manage special dietary requirements
- Monitor health status and report changes to care team
- Coordinate care schedules remotely via our digital platform
- Transport clients to medical appointments (mileage reimbursed)
- Maintain detailed care records using our mobile app
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- New Jersey Caregiver Certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Reliable smartphone and high-speed internet for remote coordination
- Ability to pass background check and health screening
- CPR/First Aid certification (training provided)
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
