Responsibilities

- Coordinate with family members through secure video check-ins
- Assist with mobility support and transportation to appointments
- Maintain detailed digital care logs and incident reports
- Collaborate with healthcare teams through telehealth platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Reliable smartphone and high-speed internet access
- Ability to travel within Oakland (mileage reimbursed)
- Clear background check and TB test
- Experience with telehealth platforms preferred
