Responsibilities
- Provide remote monitoring and virtual companionship to clients via video calls
- Coordinate in-person care visits for daily living assistance
- Administer medication reminders and health status tracking
- Maintain detailed digital care records using our proprietary platform
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers remotely
- Respond to emergency alerts and coordinate immediate assistance
- Participate in virtual care team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable internet connection and tech-savvy skills
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
- Clear background check and TB test
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
