Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned units including assessment, medication administration, and treatment coordination
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations with clinical expertise
- Document patient information accurately and maintain electronic health records
- Supervise LPNs and nursing assistants to ensure quality care standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN license in good standing
- BSN degree or equivalent nursing program certification
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
