Responsibilities
- Provide in-home companionship and emotional support to seniors in St. Louis area
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Monitor vital signs and medication adherence via telehealth platforms
- Coordinate care plans with family members and healthcare professionals
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities when needed
- Maintain detailed care notes using our digital health records system
- Respond promptly to client emergencies and care requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or equivalent training
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Missouri driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with telehealth software and digital health records
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
