Responsibilities
- Provide in-home companionship, personal care, and medication reminders
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Monitor client health status and document care remotely via secure portal
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers via telehealth platforms
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicle
- Implement personalized care plans with remote oversight from supervisors
- Maintain accurate care records and progress reports from home office
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and smartphone for remote coordination
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills for remote client interactions

- Background check and TB test required
