Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility assistance
- Monitor client health status and document care activities accurately
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and family members through our remote care platform
- Assist with daily living activities while maintaining client dignity and independence
- Transport clients to medical appointments and community activities
- Implement care plans and adapt services to evolving client needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and tech-savvy for remote coordination
- Compassionate demeanor and commitment to client-centered care
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
