Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to elderly clients
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation and medication reminders
- Monitor health vitals and report changes to care coordinators
- Coordinate telehealth appointments and digital health record management
- Develop individualized care plans using our proprietary remote care platform
- Transport clients to essential appointments when required
- Maintain detailed digital care logs and progress reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience
- Valid Florida caregiver certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with telehealth and digital care management tools
- Reliable transportation for occasional in-person visits
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass comprehensive background screening
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Strong attention to detail and documentation abilities
