Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to clients via virtual platforms and in-home visits
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support
- Monitor client health status and document care progress in our digital health portal
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards
- Implement emergency response protocols and ensure client safety at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and smartphone with high-speed internet
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills and tech-savvy for remote care tools
- Pass background check and drug screening
