Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures with chairside support and instrument management
- Perform digital radiography and intraoral imaging with precision
- Manage patient scheduling and electronic health records remotely
- Sterilize equipment and maintain clinical hygiene protocols
- Conduct preliminary patient assessments and chart updates
- Coordinate insurance billing and documentation from home office
- Train on telehealth protocols for virtual consultations
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification (CODA or DANB)
- 2+ years clinical dental assisting experience
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Dentrix practice management software
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to work 3 remote days/week + 2 in-clinic days
- Strong written communication for virtual patient interactions
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance for remote work
- Arizona dental radiography permit
