Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures (chairside support)
- Take and develop dental X-rays remotely via digital systemsManage patient scheduling and electronic records from home
- Prepare sterilize instruments and treatment areas
- Process insurance claims electronically
- Conduct virtual patient follow-ups and education
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification (DANB or state equivalent)
- 2+ years dental office experience
- Proficiency in digital radiography systems
- Strong computer skills (Dentrix/Eaglesoft experience)
- Exceptional patient communication abilities
- Ability to work independently on remote tasks
- Basic knowledge of dental terminology
- Valid Arizona dental radiography permit
