Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during dental procedures with precision and care
- Prepare and sterilize instruments following OSHA protocols
- Maintain digital patient records and scheduling via our remote portal
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Manage inventory and ordering of dental supplies
- Assist with patient education on oral hygiene
- Coordinate telehealth consultations when needed
Qualifications
- Accredited Dental Assistant certification or equivalent experience
- Hawaii Dental Assistant license required
- CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with digital dental software (Epic, Dentrix)
- Strong communication skills for hybrid patient interactions
- Ability to work independently on remote administrative tasks
- Attention to detail and infection control expertise
- Valid Hawaii driver's license
