Responsibilities
- Deliver chairside assistance during dental procedures with precision and care
- Maintain sterile equipment and infection control protocols
- Manage digital patient records via remote access portals
- Coordinate scheduling and communication through virtual platforms
- Assist with radiography and diagnostic imaging
- Support inventory management and supply ordering systems
- Provide virtual patient education and post-op care instructions
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification (CDA or RDA)
- 2+ years of clinical dental assisting experience
- Proficiency with practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
- Excellent communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Basic radiology certification and CPR certification
- Experience with teledentistry platforms preferred
