Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using advanced dental technology
- Perform sterilization protocols and maintain OSHA-compliant equipment
- Manage digital patient records via our secure cloud-based system
- Coordinate appointments and handle billing remotely 2 days/week
- Take diagnostic X-rays and impressions following HIPAA guidelines
- Train on new telehealth protocols for virtual consultations
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification (DANB or equivalent)
- X-ray license in the state of Virginia
- 2+ years clinical dental experience
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft/Dentrix practice management software
- Ability to work hybrid schedule (3 clinic days, 2 remote days)
- CPR/BLS certification (current)
- Strong written communication for remote patient follow-ups
