Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Assist with mobility support and medication reminders
- Monitor vital signs and document care progress via our mobile app
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company-provided vehicle
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement care plans

Qualifications
- State-certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid KY driver's license with clean driving record
