Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes in our remote portal
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and prescribed exercises
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Transport clients to medical appointments (mileage reimbursed)
- Maintain clean and safe home environments
- Collaborate via telehealth with care teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional home health aide experience
- DC Home Health Aide certification (or willingness to obtain)
- CPR/First Aid certification (current or obtainable within 30 days)
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Proficient in telehealth platforms and documentation apps
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Fluent English with clear communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
