Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and document health status changes
- Administer medications under professional supervision

- Facilitate telehealth sessions using our digital platform
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
Qualifications
- State-certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with telehealth applications (training provided)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Exceptional communication and empathy skills
- Flexibility to work some weekends/holidays
