Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient health observations via our mobile appCoordinate care plans remotely with RNs and family members
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Transport clients to medical appointments (mileage reimbursed)
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Participate in weekly virtual case conferences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current California HHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Proficient with smartphone apps for remote documentation
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear TB test and background check
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
