Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via telehealth and phone triage
- Determine medical urgency and prioritize patient cases accurately
- Provide evidence-based clinical guidance and care recommendations
- Collaborate with providers to coordinate patient care pathways
- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer reviews
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls on rotating schedule
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska (NE license required)
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience with triage focus
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Telehealth certification or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems and telemedicine platforms
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills with diverse patient populations
- BLS/CPR certification and ACLS preferred
