Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Assist with mobility transfers and therapeutic exercises
- Document patient care digitally via our secure mobile app
- Coordinate care plans with remote clinical supervisors
- Transport patients to appointments using company vehicle (if applicable)
- Report changes in patient condition through telehealth portal
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year Home Health Aide experience in CA
- Current California HHA certification
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms (training provided)
- Fluent English/Spanish bilingual preferred
- Pass comprehensive background check
