Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs, medication adherence, and health changes using our digital care platform
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs as outlined in care plans
- Transport clients to medical appointments and community activities using company-provided mileage reimbursement
- Document care activities and client observations through our mobile health app
- Coordinate with healthcare teams via telehealth portals for seamless care continuity
- Light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe and comfortable living environments
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation and improve mental wellness
Qualifications
- California Home Health Aide certification (HHA) or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation with proof of insurance
- Proficiency with digital tools (smartphone apps, telehealth platforms)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Clear TB test and background check
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
