Responsibilities
- Prepare sterile fields and surgical equipment for remote-assisted procedures
- Assist surgeons during operations via tele-monitoring and on-site support
- Manage sterilization and inventory of surgical instruments remotely
- Document surgical cases using our digital health platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams through virtual case briefings
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and sterile processing standards
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent credential
- 2+ years of perioperative experience
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems
- Ability to travel to Columbus facilities for surgical rotations
- Strong understanding of sterile processing protocols
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Current BLS certification
