- Accurately process and verify prescription orders through our digital pharmacy platform
- Provide exceptional telepharmacy customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Manage inventory and medication reconciliation systems remotely
- Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain precise electronic health records and documentation
- Assist in training new pharmacy technicians on remote protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active California Pharmacy Technician license (PTCB or ExCPT certified)
- 1+ years of pharmacy technician experience in retail or hospital settings
- Proficiency with pharmacy management software (e.g., Omnicell, QS/1)
- Exceptional communication skills for telehealth interactions
- Strong attention to detail and medication safety knowledge
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
