Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to supervisors

Qualifications
- Minnesota Home Health Aide certification required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
