Responsibilities
- Accurately process and dispense prescription medications through our remote fulfillment system
- Verify patient information and insurance details via our digital platform
- Coordinate with pharmacists and healthcare providers for medication reviews
- Maintain precise electronic health records and inventory databases
- Provide telepharmacy consultations to patients and healthcare staff
- Ensure compliance with DEA, HIPAA, and Ohio Board of Pharmacy regulations
- Train on new remote dispensing technologies and protocols
Qualifications
- Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license (PTCB or ExCPT certified)
- Minimum 1 year pharmacy experience (retail or hospital preferred)
