Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and medication assistance

Qualifications
- Indiana HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year home health or hospice experience
- Proficient with digital health records and telehealth apps
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently with remote oversight
