- Assist patients with medication inquiries, insurance verification, and returns.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment compliant with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Current Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Pharmacy Technology preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with pharmacy management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid driver's license (if applicable for delivery duties).
