Responsibilities
- Accurately process and verify prescription orders through our digital pharmacy platform
- Provide exceptional remote patient counseling on medication usage and side effects
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies for seamless prescription fulfillment
- Maintain precise digital records and ensure HIPAA compliance in all communications
- Assist in inventory management and supply chain coordination for remote fulfillment centers
- Support pharmacy technicians at our Tucson fulfillment hub as needed
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or ExCPT)
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
- Proficiency with pharmacy management software and telehealth platforms
- Strong written communication skills for remote patient interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of sterile compounding procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required
