Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood collections via our mobile kit system
- Ensure proper specimen handling, labeling, and documentation following HIPAA protocols
- Provide exceptional patient education and virtual support during procedures
- Maintain inventory and quality control of phlebotomy supplies
- Collaborate with lab teams for seamless specimen transport
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current Arizona Phlebotomy Technician certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical phlebotomy experience
- Exceptional telehealth communication skills
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace
- Ability to travel within Chandler metro area for in-person training
