Responsibilities
- Perform accurate blood collections and specimen processing in clinical settings
- Utilize telehealth platforms for remote patient scheduling and pre-procedure consultations
- Maintain electronic health records (EHR) with precision and HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with lab teams via digital communication tools for result coordination
- Train patients on at-home collection procedures for remote monitoring programs
- Conduct quality assurance checks on remote specimen handling protocols

Qualifications
- Active California Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or Phlebotomy Specialist (PS) certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical phlebotomy experience in acute care or lab setting

- Strong remote communication skills with diverse patient populations
