Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings with remote oversight capabilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams via telehealth platforms and in-person consultations
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per facility protocols
- Document patient assessments and care plans using EMR systems with remote access
- Participate in virtual quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance standards for remote data handling
- Maintain clear communication with case managers through digital platforms
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in ICU, ER, or Telemetry
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Experience with telehealth platforms and remote charting systems
- Strong proficiency in EMR documentation (Epic, Cerner preferred)
- Ability to work independently with remote clinical supervision
- Flexibility for occasional on-site facility rotations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
