Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and medical history via telehealth platforms to determine appropriate care level
- Provide urgent care guidance and triage decisions for acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) with strict HIPAA compliance
- Educate patients on home care instructions and preventive measures
- Respond to medical emergencies following established protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Maryland with minimum 2 years clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred
