Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary restrictions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
- Medication reminders and tracking (as required by state laws).
- Light housekeeping and laundry related to client care.
- Document daily care logs and communicate any changes in health to the office.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience as a CNA, PCA, or Home Health Aide is preferred but not always required.
- Background check clearance is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
