Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough telehealth assessments for patients across Chicago metropolitan area
- Prioritize cases using clinical protocols and critical thinking skills
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with HIPAA-compliant systems
- Provide clear guidance to patients on next steps and care pathways
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Handle high-volume call center scenarios during peak hours
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Illinois (IL RN)
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience
- Triage or emergency department background preferred
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EMR systems
- Strong assessment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Current BLS/CPR certification
