Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient intake assessments and document medical histories accurately
- Assist providers with telemedicine appointments via HIPAA-compliant platforms
- Prepare and manage electronic health records (EHRs) with precision

Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
