Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake and vitals monitoring in a remote clinical setting.
- Assist physicians and nurses with patient examinations and procedures.
- Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR) and maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients via telehealth platforms and phone.
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize medical instruments remotely.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by licensed providers.
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and referrals.
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
- Current BLS/ACLS certification required.
- Experience with telehealth platforms and EHR systems (Epic, AthenaHealth, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
