- Verify patient eligibility and benefits prior to service delivery
- Resolve claim denials and appeals through systematic follow-up
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and coding standards
- Collaborate with clinical teams to document services accurately
- Generate monthly reports on key revenue cycle metrics
- Update and maintain patient billing records in EHR systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Proficiency in Epic or EHR systems with billing modules
