Responsibilities
- Accurately process and dispense prescriptions through our digital platform
- Verify patient information and medication orders for safety and compliance
- Provide telepharmacy patient counseling and medication education
- Maintain electronic health records and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with pharmacists on complex medication therapy reviews
- Adhere to federal and state pharmacy regulations (DEA, Board of Pharmacy)
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Missouri Pharmacy Technician license required
- 1+ years of retail/hospital pharmacy experience
- Certification through PTCB or ExCPT preferred
- Proficiency with pharmacy software and electronic dispensing systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication handling
- Excellent communication skills for remote patient interactions
