Responsibilities
- Accurately process and verify prescription orders via digital platforms
- Provide telepharmacy consultations to patients and healthcare providers
- Maintain compliance with California Board of Pharmacy regulations
- Utilize pharmacy software (e.g., QS1, Omnicell) for inventory management
- Collaborate with pharmacists on medication therapy reviews
- Document patient interactions and medication histories
- Support medication reconciliation for chronic care patients
Qualifications
- Active California Pharmacy Technician license
- 1+ years of pharmacy experience (retail/hospital preferred)
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and pharmacy software
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
