Responsibilities
- Accurately process prescription orders via digital platforms
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage
- Coordinate with pharmacists for clinical reviews
- Maintain inventory databases and supply chains
- Provide telepharmacy patient consultations
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols
- Train on new pharmacy software systems
- Collaborate with retail/hospital partners as needed
Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician license (NV State Board)
- 1+ years pharmacy experience (mail-order preferred)
- Proficiency in pharmacy software (Omni, QS1, etc.)
- Strong data entry skills (8,000+ keystrokes/hr)
- Excellent communication via phone/video
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of FDA drug regulations
- High-speed internet & quiet home office setup
