Responsibilities
- Accurately process and verify prescriptions remotely using our digital pharmacy system
- Manage medication inventory and coordinate with Miami-based staff for restocking
- Provide exceptional patient counseling via phone and secure messaging platforms
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all digital communications and record-keeping
- Collaborate with pharmacists to resolve medication therapy issues
- Maintain precise electronic health records and documentation
- Participate in quarterly on-site training sessions in Miami
Qualifications
- Active Florida Pharmacy Technician license
- 1+ years of pharmacy experience with remote work exposure
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software (e.g., Omnicell, QS1)
- Strong attention to detail and error prevention skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace
- Ability to travel to Miami facility (quarterly)
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
