- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations including HIPAA
- Manage inventory records and coordinate medication shipments to pharmacies
- Assist in resolving insurance and billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy network
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician certification required
- 1+ years of pharmacy experience (remote preferred)
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software (e.g., QS1, Omnicell)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication handling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and drug interactions
